John D. Yellin graduated from the New England School of Law in 1971. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Yellin has been actively involved in collection law and creditors rights for over 35 years, during which time he has represented numerous banks, credit unions, law firms, insurers, health care providers and credit card companies. Other areas of Mr. Yellin's law practice include, Contract Law, Franchise Law, and Business Law.

David. R. Goldner graduated from the University of Wisconsin and the Boston University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in 1975. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, The United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and The United States Supreme Court. Mr. Goldner practices in the areas of creditors rights, real estate law, contract law, and general litigation. He is also a frequent speaker on the issues of Collection Law.
